 Can u help me identify the snake?

i dnt have pics yet .. but im gonna discribe it for you guys,, it’s always in the water,, it lives in the water,, its a black and white striped snake.. it doesnt move that fast.. and they’re fed with goldfish or other types of small fishes.. and its a fresh water snake.. and its also not that agressive to humans.. can u help me out?

its in a petstore,, and my dad’s planning to buy it.. so i dont really know where it was found.... it looks like a coral snake but striped with black and white only.. and isnt aggressive to man,, and stays only in the water.. :)

i looked at the striped crayfish snake.. it doesnt look anythin like it.. hmm.. im from the philippines.. and btw,, its stripe is that of the coral snake’s.

uhh no it isnt the false water cobra,, it looks like the californian snake.. i dunno.. damn.. maybe it isnt a snake.. i dunno.. the trader told us that its a snake
