Sexing and Characteristics:

Males well develop spores on the base of the there tail when they reach 2-3 years of age!

Mostly Active During:

Day

Substrate and Water Needs:

Make sure they have fresh water every day if not it will increase bacteria!

Lighting and UVB:

The lighting should have a sunlight lamp.

Temperatures and Humidity:

An iguana must have an area inside its enclosure that reaches the temperature 85 to a 100F, especially during the day the temperature should not reach below 70F.

Heating and Equipment:

The lighting should have these items a sunlight lamp(60 watts), a super uv daylight(40 watts), a reflector and a full spectrum daylite lamp!

Caging Provided:

Your caging can have a a space of 80 gallon tank but the more room the better. Mine are free roamers and are potty trained.

Diet:

Herbivorous

Description of Diet:

Leaves, collard greens, grated root crops, apples, grapes, watermelons, avacodo , dandillions, leaves, clovers, stawberries. Don’t feed the iguanas iceburg lettuce that HAS NO NUTRIENTS!

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Crush the calcium over the food and make very lightly and make it very small like powder and that well give it its needs of daily vitamins

N/A

This is a hard animal to handel be patient give it time to let it get to know you, never think that your iguana hates you. If you abuse your iguana it will hate you, but if you spoil it and your iguana doesn’t run away, doesn’t bite, and licks you then you a a great owner and he will love you for a long time.
