Substrate and Water Needs:

I have always used newspaper. Which of course is not the prettiest of your choices but it work like a charm. I have always had a large enough water bowl for the snake to complete submerge its body in.

Lighting and UVB:

N/A

Temperatures and Humidity:

On the warm side of the tank the temperature should be around 85-90. and the cold side from 75-85F. which humidity is not mandatory.

Heating and Equipment:

I use a 100 watt lamp on the warm side and a heating pad for the cold side which is always set on medium

Caging Provided:

You should keep a babies and young gopher snakes in a 20 gallon. and a adult in a 55 gallon tank.

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

I fed my babies 2 pinkies a week. juvies a fuzzie a week. and my adults 2 adult mice a week

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

Maintenance:

Maintenance is very easy with gophers i change the bedding twice a week and the water every day.

Some Words on this Species:

You should always have a hide box on both sides of the tank and the water in the middle of the tank. babies will usual be a little bit nippy and sometimes nervous but will calm down with patience and just holding them occasionally. adult will usually be more docile and easy going. which you should always have something for them to climb on so some type of climbing accessories is mandatory. ALWAYS feed separately
