Substrate and Water Needs: | Use non-aromic bark such as cypress mulch, do not use sand or cedar mulch. Bedding should be at least one or two inches deep to allow the animal to bury itself. |

Heating and Equipment: | Use a 150W basking bulb to create a basking spot of about 100 degrees during the day. Use a 75W moonlight bulb at night. A heating pad is also recommended if you live in a colder area. |
Caging Provided: | A 40 Gallon Breeder tank is ideal for a large adult blue tongue. Juveniles can be held in 20 Gallon Long tanks until they reach maturity. |

Description of Diet: | Cat & Dog Food (wet), crickets, mealworms, shaved carrots, pinkie mice, broccoli, do not feed iceberg lettuce, always have shallow water bowl available to animal. |
