Substrate and Water Needs:

DO NOT use sand, i use Repti-bed its the best for your dragon and is also efficient and easy to clean.

I use a repti-sun 5.0. You do need a UVB light globe this is used to help prevent metabolic bone disease (paralysis of the hind legs).

Temperatures and Humidity:

The Rankins require slightly cooler temps compared to the Bearded dragon the warm end: 95-100.

A Heat Pad is essential for proper food digestion of your dragon. Definitely DO NOT use heat rock, because the can result in thermal burns or death.
