you can find this out by seeing two predominate white spots on the male on the female darker spots and usually smaller males also have big heads

Substrate and Water Needs:

i use calcium carbonate substrate and have a water dish

Lighting and UVB:

A UV bulb that i bought at Walmart

Temperatures and Humidity:

i keep them at 75-85 and at 65% humidity

Heating and Equipment:

I use a heat and bask bulb

Caging Provided:

a special made cage messed by 34 in 18 in

Diet:

Carnivorous

Description of Diet:

I feed mine cricket and meal jworms about 30 meal worms and 15 crickets

Supplements, Nutrition and Usage:

I use repticalcium

Maintenance:

Clean out every day
